A little test of the new communications system.  I think I got everyone's PR and Director contacts that I had added to the league system.  Some of you may have received login prompts if your team has not made it very far in the setup process.  I hope to use this go forward for communication.  Please check the training page on the league site.  There is a "Swimtopia - Getting started" webinar this Saturday which may prove very helpful for some of you that still need to do more than just log in.

Rapids Summer League Prep Clinics:

A great opportunity for kids to get back in the water before the summer and work on their techniques with the SwimRVA Rapids Swim Team Coaches. We will be running six clinics from March 28th through May 16th that cost $20 a clinic, or $96 if you sign up for all six.

This station-based curriculum is a great way to teach your swimmer all four strokes before the summer while building their endurance up to complete at least a 25 in each. With this program, we offer month-to-month billing and multiple time slots, including evenings and weekends, at four different locations across the Richmond area.

In addition to being all day camps, from 8am to 5pm, this program offers 10, 45-minute lessons a week, as well as other fun camp activities like nature walks, arts and crafts, slip n' slides, log rolling, and more! Camps normally cost $329/week, but now through March 1st they are on sale for only $309/week.
