Attached is a rulebook in PDF form. I'll be adding this to the CAL website later today. It's mostly a copy and paste of the USA Swimming rulebook, but I attempted to delete areas that weren't relevant, and insert our rules wear there was a difference. If you find anything that I missed, please bring it to my attention.
